Christmas Travelers Review
I was asked by Wally White if I would review his book and I said “yes!” Well maybe in a more subdued way. Anyway, he sent me a copy in the mail and I was anxious to read it because a book with the title “Christmas Travelers” has got to be good, right? Well, I read it in about 3 days (woulda been quicker but because of family I was only able to read it a little at a time). He lays out the background of the people in the book at first which I know is important but I was wanting to get to the part when everybody meets, or skip to that part but even still I stayed for the first part because you really do get to know the characters and I was intrigued at how they meet. The whole time I am reading it I kept thinking what a wonderful Christmas movie this would make! I could relate very well with Holly, who leaves her family in Arkansas to move to Phoenix with her husband because of work ( I moved from Washington state to Ohio when I married my husband, leaving my friends and family) . “Christmas Travelers” is a wonderful Christmas story with a wonderful message! I leave you with an excerpt from the story, “...And the great thing about memories is we can share them. And in doing so, we get to relive them.”
